No-Refund & Prepaid Billing Policy

1. 14-Day Full-Feature Free Trial

We believe in absolute transparency and product-led evaluation:

• Zero Credit Card Required: You can create a workspace and immediately evaluate GPS attendance, shift grace rules, and automated payslip generation without entering any credit card or UPI mandate details.
• Complete Feature Access: Trial workspaces have unrestricted access to all 9 product modules, including multi-branch geofencing, statutory PF/PT math, and manager approvals.
• Automatic Expiration: If you choose not to subscribe at the end of 14 days, your workspace simply pauses. You will never be billed automatically without your explicit action.

2. Strict No-Refund Policy

Please review our payment terms carefully before subscribing:

• No Full or Partial Refunds: Under no circumstances do we offer cash refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks once a monthly subscription charge has been processed.
• No Prorated Credits: If you stop using the software before your purchased month concludes, no prorated refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for unused days.
• Additional Seats: Fees paid for additional employee seats (₹79/seat/month) are non-refundable once committed for that billing cycle.
• Trial First: We urge all customers to utilize our 14-day free trial to ensure KriyaLabs meets your organizational requirements prior to making any payment.

3. Prepaid Fixed Terms — No Mid-Cycle Cancellations

• Full Term Access: Your workspace remains 100% active and accessible for the full monthly period paid. No mid-term cancellations or reversals are permitted.
• No Surprise or Extra Charges: Nothing additional will ever be charged to your payment method without your direct action. You pay strictly for what you subscribe to.
• End-of-Term Expiration: When your paid month concludes, if you choose not to renew for subsequent months, your workspace simply pauses without any penalties, cancellation fees, or unexpected charges.

4. 30-Day Data Export Guarantee

We respect your company data. If your subscription expires and you choose not to renew KriyaLabs:

• Your account enters a 30-day protected read-only grace period after your paid subscription period concludes.
• Administrators retain full access to export complete attendance histories (CSV), employee rosters, salary ledgers, and past PDF payslips.
• Following the 30-day window, all workspace data is permanently and irrevocably deleted from our production database clusters to protect employee privacy under the DPDP Act 2023.

5. Payment Processing & Tax Invoices

All subscription payments on KriyaLabs are securely processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 certified Indian payment aggregators (including Razorpay and Cashfree Payments):

• We do not store your full credit card numbers or banking CVVs on KriyaLabs servers.
• GST-compliant tax invoices (bearing GSTIN, HSN/SAC code 998313, and breakups for CGST, SGST, or IGST) are generated automatically and emailed to your billing address upon every successful payment.
